Read 6 Rakaat Nafl Prayer (2+2+2), after Maghrib. After every two Rakaat read Surah Yaseen once. This Special prayer, by the Blessing of Allah Almighty, will give you a healthy and prosperous life for the whole year.
Read 8 Rakaat Nafil Prayer with one Sallam. In each Rakaat Read:
Surah Fateh: (1 time)Surah Ikhlas: (11 times)
Hazrat Bibi Fatima (May Allah be pleased with her) is reported to have said that whoever will observe this prayer on Shab-e-Baraat and will present its reward (Sawab) to my soul, I will strongly recommend for his/her forgiveness to Allah Almighty before I enter the heavens.

The person observing this prayer on Shab-e-Baraat will have tremendous blessings from Allah Almighty, and his/her prayers will be answered and will be made free from the fire of hell and will go to Paradise.

Shab e Barat Quotes in English.
- Sayyida Aisha (R.A) said: “on the middle night of Sha’ban (Shab-e-Barat), Allah most high descends to the lowest heaven and remits more sins than the hair of the goats of Banu Qalb.”(Tirmidhi Shareef).
- Hazrat Ali (R.A) related, Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) said: “when the 15th night of Sha’ban arrive, awake for qayam, offer nawafil and fast that day”.

- Shab-e-Barat is one of the most precious night in Islamic history because of its greatness, in that night, the decision of life and death and wealth for the upcoming year is defined for every creation. So, the Muslim Uma offers exceptional holy rites in this holy night to gain mercy and blessings from Allah Almighty
- It’s Shab-e-Barat, and it is the night when Allah Almighty forgives His creature (man and woman) and bless them with His Blessings throughout the whole night. That’s why the creation of ALLAH Almighty gain His blessing from Punishment (Azaab) by offering prayers whole night.
- Companion of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, Hazrat Ali (R.A) said, “O people, spend the night of 15 Shabaan in prayers and have fasted on the day of 15 Shabaan. On this holy night, Allah showers His kindness to His Creations. On that night ALLAH TALA says “is there any who is looking for mercy, is there any needy whom I should grant” till the Fajr time.
- Shab-e-Barat is one of the most precious nights in the Islamic calendar due to its Fazilat (Greatness). Once our beloved Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم endured in sajdah for a long time. The Sajdah was so long that the beloved wife of our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, Hazrat Ayesha (R.A) became nervous about Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. When Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم ended his prayer, he clarified about his long Sajdah to Hazrat Ayesha (R. A), and He asked, “Ayesha do you know the significance of that night? It is the mid-Shabaan night (a month before Ramzan-ul-Mubarak). Allah Almighty agrees to take “Tauba” of his creation (man and women). Allah Almighty forgive offenders in that night if they pursue mercy.” In Quran Allah says
- Truly Allah loves those who turn to Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves”. (Al Quran).
- In a beautiful verse of the Quran, it is told us that “he who fears ALLAH will be reminded. (Quran Al’Ala 87;10)
- SHAB-E-BARAT is knocking at the doors, please open your heart and achieve the golden chance to change the destinies of your own and also those who are your kithe. May ALLAH showers his uncountable blessings on whole faithful’s.Ameen.
